You play a big role in shaping a thriving workplace culture across three iconic Accor brands.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and support the precinct’s T&C operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and complianceDrive employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiativesCoach and support leaders in performance management, development, and succession planningManage employee relations, WHS coordination, and act as the precinct’s Return to Work CoordinatorManage employee relations, WHS coordination, and return-to-work processesAnalyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, engagement, and performanceRepresent the precinct in regional T&C meetings and contribute to Accor-wide initiativesEnsure all HR documentation, systems, and processes are accurate and compliant
